| 1) Assisting a New Jersey based lawyer by analyzing consumer fraud cases |
The project included compilation of law on Consumer Fraud. It involved using Lexis Nexis. The assignment involved using different aspects of Consumer Law in the State of New Jersey. This was a high-end legal support assignment which included analyzing case laws and precedents and qualifying them based on criterion established by the client. The project consisted of high end legal analysis of how the referred cases were decided based on the Consumer Fraud Law for the state of New Jersey. Questions answered by Avion Legal’s team included
- What is Consumer Law?
- Who is a consumer and who is not a consumer?
- What are the rights of the consumer?
- How courts determine faults in different types of situations and apply penalties.
